Beta Alpha brass

brass was recently approached by a group of college students from Oregon State University to see if we could help them out with a community service project. The group belongs to the accounting fraternity Beta Alpha Psi. Using brass|MAGAZINE and sets of questioning strategies, BAP students traveled to two Oregon high schools to talk to students about money and college life. The school visits were a huge success, and BAP is ready for more!

Teachers from New York, Oregon and Wisconsin can receive their copy via email* by registering for the Teacher Resource Center. We will be sending two print copies to all schools who currently receive brass as part of the Student Program.

Federal Reserve Releases 6th Annual Financial Literacy Survey

The Federal Reserve released its 6th annual financial literacy survey yesterday, and the results were...not good. According to the survey, high school seniors were only able to answer 48.3 percent of questions correctly, marking the lowest score of all six surveys.
